Who we are

With intuitive software, we at AEB make efficient, secure, ecological and fair supply chains possible. More than 7,000 companies find this so good that they rely on our IT solutions for foreign trade, customs, export control and logistics - in over 80 countries.

We give you the freedom and open structures to really make a difference - and a working environment that ensures you can achieve your best.

What you can achieve with us

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Product Manager to lead AEB’s Cloud WMS product across the APAC market. You will define and drive product strategy, collaborate across international teams, and ensure our WMS remains a market leader in innovation and usability.

  • You understand and adapt to AEB’s Cloud WMS in all its dimensions — from UI, functionality, and technical flow to process management, STM data structure, document generation, and cloud architecture.
  • You maintain and drive the WMS product to be superior in the APAC market, ensuring that customer needs and business objectives are aligned with AEB’s product vision.
  • You attend customer-facing project workshops and design sessions to understand requirements and evaluate feature integration into the standard product.
  • You ensure product quality by testing all bug fixes, customizations and new product features.
  • You lead regular sprint calls with Developers and Project Teams to coordinate progress and align deliverables.
  • You translate operational requirements into optimized WMS functional flows and prepare documentation of new features, release plans, and performance updates.
  • You support Sales and Marketing with product insights, competitive positioning and solution recommendations.
  • You collaborate actively with Development, Project, and Support teams — managing the JIRA list of product deliverables and ensuring timely execution.

In this role, you will work with highly motivated teams across the Philippines, Singapore and Germany and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how logistics operations evolve in the APAC region.

What experience and skills will help you

We are interested in professionals who share our passion for customer-centric solutions, teamwork and innovation.

The following experiences and skills will help you thrive in this role — we don’t expect you to have them all already:

  • You have at least five years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roles.
  • You bring hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or logistics technology solutions, with strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • You understand warehouse operations deeply — including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment, and returns.
  • You can define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the WMS product in Asia.
  • You gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and product features.
  • You collaborate closely with engineering, UX design, and implementation teams to deliver high-quality, scalable and user-friendly solutions.
  • You coordinate with the Product team in Germany for review and approval of new features, ensuring global alignment.
  • You monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • You stay informed about emerging technologies in logistics, supply chain and warehouse automation to identify new opportunities.
  • You support pre-sales discussions with insights into product functionality and future roadmap.
  • You prepare and maintain product documentation, release notes and user training materials.
  • You are customer-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • You are familiar with API integration, cloud systems, and ERP connectivity and you are open to traveling for warehouse visits, workshops, and project rollouts.
